Mike was courteous and spent a great deal of time offering me various advice about locks. In fact I had to call him the next day because I forgot the name of a product he recommended

Mike is a very caring professional who explains everything that he is doing as the job goes along. My doors are very tough as they are over 100 years old and have been worked on by “unprofessionals” too many times in their long history. Well, Mike came over the day that he received the parts and installed them. Only issue, and it was the door’s fault, not Mike’s, was that the width of the door caused the key that controlled the bolt to be hard to turn. I called Mike on Wednesday night about the issue and he was there on Thursday, changed the lock and all works very well.
